The 1cuci registration process takes under 3 minutes. Go to the Register, fill in your username, email, and Malaysian phone number, create a strong password, verify your phone number via SMS OTP, and your account will be activated instantly. The minimum deposit is only RM10 via Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, or FPX to start playing.

No, each user is only permitted to have one 1cuci account only. Multiple accounts are a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being frozen without notice. If you have forgotten your existing login credentials, please use the "Forgot Password" function or contact our support team for assistance.

The minimum age requirement is 18 years and above. This is an absolute requirement and is non-negotiable. 1cuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The amount you deposit is the full amount credited to your account. However, some third-party payment providers such as banks may charge a small fee on their end – this is beyond our control. To avoid such charges, use Malaysian e-wallets like Touch 'n Go or DuitNow, which are typically free.

Deposits can fail for several common reasons:
  • Insufficient balance in your e-wallet or bank account

No. 1cuci only accepts deposits from bank accounts or e-wallets. in your own name, which must match the name registered on your 1cuci account. Deposits from third parties (different names) will be automatically rejected and the funds returned to the original sender within 1–3 business days. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering measure we are required to comply with.

The default deposit limit for a standard account is RM10,000 per day and RM50,000 per month. VIP members enjoy higher limits. You can set a lower limit to suit your budget via Responsible Gaming Settings. Decreasing your limit takes effect immediately, while increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes after the request has been approved by our finance team. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer (up to 30 minutes) due to additional security verification. The daily withdrawal limit for standard accounts is RM50,000. During peak hours, processing times may be slightly longer but will not exceed 2 hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM10 and a maximum of RM50,000 per day for standard accounts. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits. Funds will be transferred to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet in the same name as your 1cuci account. Withdrawals exceeding RM50,000 in a single day require a special request through customer support.

Withdrawal funds can be transferred to:

  • Malaysian Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and all local Malaysian banks
The recipient account must be registered under the same name as your 1cuci account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawals may be declined for the following reasons:
