The most important things to know before using 1cuci
The 1cuci platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is prohibited and any such account will be terminated immediately.
Minimum deposit of RM10 via Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX. All funds are processed within 2 minutes of confirmation.
Minimum withdrawal is RM30, processed within 5 minutes. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for verified standard accounts.

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, even if carried out by another party without your authorisation. Deposited funds must belong to you. 1cuci reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method if there is reason to investigate. Any attempt to deposit funds obtained through unlawful means will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 1cuci does not accept foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.
Withdrawals from your 1cuci account are subject to the following conditions:
1cuci guarantees withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for requests below RM10,000. For larger amounts, processing time does not exceed 2 working hours. Withdrawals involving unusually large sums may require additional verification for security purposes.
1cuci reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if any suspicious activity is detected or if account requirements have not been fully met. In such cases, the compliance team will contact the member within 24 hours.
